 St. Charles, Minnesota has a new subdivision called the South Fork Addition. The first phase of this new subdivision is plotted for 26 home sites. The neighborhood is planned to not only have award winning, affordable homes, but it also realizes the importance of bringing the addition together into an attractive, pedestrian friendly neighborhood. House designs will hide or de-emphasize garages. Sidewalks, boulevard trees, and other landscaping will make this neighborhood a great place to live. Building started in late November of 2003. You can get pre-qualified, enabling you to choose your house design from one of several house plans. In addition to selecting your house design, you will also be able to choose the siding and roofing color, flooring, light fixtures, kitchen and bathroom cabinets and countertops. Another financing option is through USDA Rural Development (R.D.). R.D. has two different mortgage products. One is the Direct Loan and the other is the Guaranteed Loan. Our homes have income limits.
