![]() St. Charles, Minnesota has a new subdivision called the South Fork Addition. The first phase of this new subdivision is plotted for 26 home sites. The neighborhood is planned to not only have award winning, affordable homes, but it also realizes the importance of bringing the addition together into an attractive, pedestrian friendly neighborhood. House designs will hide or de-emphasize garages. Sidewalks, boulevard trees, and other landscaping will make this neighborhood a great place to live. Building started in late November of 2003.
