Four Season Acres is the newest housing addition in Spring Grove, MN. It is a development that has 13 of 17 Tax Increment Financing lots that will be sold to qualified buyers. Four lots are available with no financial restrictions. There are appliance rebates and incentives for young families, up to $5000.

Semcac purchased two TIF lots in the subdivision. Our lots sizes are 65' x 158', and priced at $16,500 each. Unique financing options are available to qualified buyers.
