| Located in Grand Meadow, Minnesota, Semcac completed its portion of the Pheasant Run sub-division in the spring of 2005. There are currently 20 homes completed with 3 buildable lots that are still available.
Semcac's 12 homes were sold with state of the art geothermal cooling and heating systems. They also feature energy efficient windows and Energy Star appliances all of which were paid for with the help of Alliant's Conservation Improvement Program.
Houses ranged from $118,000 through $135,000. This housing addition was made possible by the collaborative efforts of Semcac, the Greater Minnesota Housing Fund (GMHF), First Homes, MN Housing Finance Agency (MHFA), Alliant Energy, Carlsen's Construction and the City of Grand Meadow.

GMHF provided construction financing for the project. First Homes provided buyers assistance of up to $30,000 per home with additional MHFA monies combined. The City of Grand Meadow provided tax increment financing to offset infrastructure costs. The GMHF also provided a Community Based Landscaping initiative that awarded the area $3,000. The horticulture class of the Grand Meadow High School and the Garden Gate offered labor to help plant an additional 50 trees throughout the neighborhood. Semcac thanks all it's partners for their vision and support throughout the project.
