How to Apply:
Call the Semcac Contact Center in your county for help with applying for Head Start, or complete an interest form to receive assistance with your Head Start application. You will need to supply the following information:

• Child immunization record
• Child age verification
• Proof of income, such as pay stubs, taxes, employer statement and/or public assistance grant letter (such as TANF/MFIP or SSI).
