How to Apply:
Call the Semcac Contact Center in your county for help with applying for Head Start. You will need to supply the following information:

• Child immunization record
• Child age verification
• Proof of income, such as pay stubs, taxes, employer statement and/or public assistance grant letter (such as TANF/MFIP or SSI).
