2. Check or Money Order 

Mail   If you wish to mail a check or money order to make a donation, download the Mail Your Donation Form. Please do not send cash. Please enclose the completed donation form with your payment if you wish to designate your donation to a specific program or location, you may do so on this form.

Make a Lasting Investment

There are a number of ways you can make a lasting investment in your community. Remember Semcac when you do your estate planning. A bequest is an opportunity that keeps giving and strengthening your community after you are gone. You may also make a gift of life insurance or stocks.

If you would like to speak with an advisor to assist you with charitable estate planning, we are happy to connect you with a representative who will do so free of charge – courtesy of the Winona Health Foundation.  Everything discussed is strictly confidential.  Advice and plans are provided at no cost to you. They do not try to sell you products or manage your investments. There is no solicitation for funds for any specific organization.

If you would like to make a donation In Memory Of someone who has passed away, please write the name of the person that you are making the donation In Memory Of or In Honor Of on the check or enclose a note indicating this. The donor will receive a thank you /tax deductible receipt.
