Semcac Transportation – Dispatcher – Kasson
JOB STATUS: Semcac Transportation is looking for a full-time dispatcher (30-40 hrs/wk)
LOCATION: Dispatch Center in Kasson, MN
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; six (6) months to one (1) year of related experience and/or training preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Customer service experience in a call-center, dispatch, transportation, or human services environment is preferred.

You’re the go-to person for clients, drivers, and staff—solving problems in real time, juggling multiple tasks, and making sure everyone gets where they need to go safely and on time. Fast-paced, tech-friendly, and impactful, this role keeps our wheels turning!
COMPENSATION: $19.70 – $21.92. Higher wages are available for those with 10 or more years of direct experience. Semcac offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes PTO, paid holidays, a 401(k) with employer match, medical, dental, and vision insurance.
