Program Specialist – Rushford
JOB STATUS: Hiring a full-time, non-exempt Program Specialist. 40 Hours per week.
LOCATION: Rushford, MN
As a Program Specialist, you will play a key role in coordinating Weatherization services by determining client eligibility, scheduling projects, supporting field staff, maintaining program records, and serving as a primary client contact throughout the process.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, customer service, problem-solving, and making a positive impact in their community. Working closely with the Weatherization team, you will help ensure services are delivered fairly and efficiently across Semcac’s service area while supporting compliance with program requirements.

COMPENSATION: $19.70-$21.92. Higher starting rates are available for those with 10+ years of direct experience.
