Matching Online Donations in March! March Millions – GiveMN

February 17, 2015 By semcac

March Millions Otto Bremer 3 2015About March Millions

The Otto Bremer Foundation is excited to announce their entry into the grant-making community of southeastern Minnesota. To celebrate this event, the Otto Bremer Foundation will generously match donations made by any individual through GiveMN.org to selected charitable organizations benefiting southeastern Minnesota. Organizations may earn up to $100,000 in matching funds before the full $1 million match is reached during the month of March.
Not only is each donation to selected southeastern Minnesota organizations doubled during the campaign, but donations have the chance to increase by an additional $1,000 or $10,000. From March 1 through March 31, every donation made on GiveMN.org to participating organizations will be entered into a daily drawing for a Bremer Boost—a $1,000 addition to the donation. On March 31, one donation will be randomly drawn from all March Millions donations to receive a $10,000 Bremer Boost.

 About the Otto Bremer Foundation

Based in Saint Paul, Minn., the Otto Bremer Foundation is a private charitable trust that empowers people to achieve full economic, civic and social participation in and for the betterment of their communities. It was established in 1944 by Otto Bremer, a successful banker and community and business leader. The Otto Bremer Foundation is the 92 percent owner of Bremer Bank and also manages a diversified  investment portfolio. The returns on these holdings provide the funding for Otto Bremer Foundation’s grantmaking, which benefits the communities that are home to Bremer banks.
