Energy Assistance – Program Manager – Rushford
JOB STATUS: Hiring a full-time Energy Assistance Program Manager. Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week. Overtime as needed.
LOCATION: Rushford, MN
This position leads and supports our Energy Assistance staff, coordinates program operations, and works closely with the Energy & Housing Services Director to ensure services are delivered fairly, efficiently, and with compassion. From staff training and workflow design to program reporting, budgeting, and community partnerships, the Program Manager helps keep essential services running smoothly for those who need them most.
MIMIMUM EXPERIENCE: Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school and one (1) year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
COMPENSATION: $25.31-$28.48. Higher starting rates are available for those with 10 or more years of direct experience. Semcac offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes PTO, paid holidays, a 401(k) with employer match, and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
