Transportation – Dispatcher II – Kasson
JOB STATUS: Semcac Transportation is looking for a full-time Transportation Dispatcher II. (30-40 hrs/wk)
LOCATION: Semcac Transportation Center in Kasson, MN
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or GED required. Minimum six months of relevant experience (e.g., transportation, dispatch, customer service) preferred. Knowledge of local geography, routing, and public transit operations is beneficial. Customer service experience in a call-center, dispatch, transportation, or human services environment is preferred.

Responsibilities include coordinating routes, answering ride requests, operating a transit bus or accessible van, assisting passengers, and managing real-time trip updates. Having a CDL with passenger endorsement is preferred, however we offer paid CDL training, on-the-job training, and career growth opportunities, no prior dispatch. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable with technology, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
