JOB STATUS: Semcac Early Head Start is seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time, 40-hour-per-week Center-Based Teacher. Year-round position.
LOCATION: Austin, MN

- Provide a safe, nurturing, and responsive environment for children ages 16–36 months
- Support early learning through play, routines, and hands-on activities
- Build trusting relationships with children and their families
- Promote healthy social, emotional, and cognitive development

COMPENSATION: $21.08-23.45. Higher starting rates are available for those with 10 or more years of direct experience. Bilingual shift differential $ .50/hour.
