Energy Assistance – Case Worker – Rushford
JOB STATUS: Semcac is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Energy Assistance Program (EAP) Caseworker. This is a non-exempt, full-time, seasonal position that runs from September through May. 40 hours per week.
LOCATION: Rushford, MN
The position will help individuals and families access critical energy assistance services throughout our communities. In this role, you will guide applicants through the eligibility process, review applications, determine benefits, and connect households with valuable community resources.
As an EAP Caseworker, you will work directly with consumers, utility vendors, and community partners while maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with state Energy Assistance Program policies. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, has strong communication and organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation: $21.08-23.45. Higher wages available with 10+ years of direct experience. Semcac offers prorated holidays, a full benefit package, a 401(k) retirement plan, an Employee Assistance Program, and optional insurance benefits, including vision.
