Do you love helping little learners grow, explore, and shine? Semcac Head Start – Winona is looking for compassionate, playful, and reliable Paraprofessionals to join our classroom teams!

As a Paraprofessional, you’ll support our teaching staff in creating joyful, engaging learning environments where every child feels seen and supported. No two days are the same — one moment you might be helping with art projects full of glitter and giggles, and the next you’re comforting a little one who just needs a gentle voice and a caring hand.

What you’ll do:

  • Support teachers in daily routines and classroom activities
  • Encourage children through play-based learning and positive guidance
  • Help create a welcoming, inclusive environment for all families

What we offer:

  • A team that feels like family
  • Ongoing training and professional growth
  • A mission with heart: helping children and families thrive

If you’re patient, energetic, and ready to make a real difference (and okay with occasionally leaving work with finger paint on your sleeve), we’d love to meet you. Come grow with us.
