Senior Services – Head Cook – Red Wing
JOB STATUS: Hiring a full-time head cook. Monday – Friday, 5:00 am -1:00 pm
LOCATION: Red Wing
Responsibilities include –
-Cooking 300-350 senior and children’s meals from scratch per day
-Overseeing and directing staff to produce cold items, salads, and desserts
-Working with and coordinating with drivers to ensure delivery of meals to sites and homes
-Food ordering
-Kitchen cleaning and sanitation
-Weekly planning with staff to ensure smooth operations
-Other kitchen duties as assigned
COMPENSATION: $18.80- $20.68. Higher starting rates are available for those with 10 or more years of direct experience. Semcac offers competitive wages and Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, 12 paid holidays, and a generous PTO plan.
