Weatherization – Program Specialist – Rushford
JOB STATUS: Semcac is hiring a full-time Program Specialist. Monday – Friday, 40 hours/week.
LOCATION: Rushford, MN
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: One year certificate from college or technical school, or three to six months related experience and/or training experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
As a Program Specialist, you’ll play a key role in coordinating and supporting weatherization services by:
-Scheduling and assigning work for Housing Rehabilitation Specialists
-Determining and prioritizing eligible households for services
-Maintaining client files and program documentation
-Serving as a point of contact for client questions and communication
-Tracking referrals, surveys, and program data
-Supporting compliance with state and program requirements
COMPENSATION:$19.70 – $21.92. Higher starting rates are available for those with 10 or more years of direct experience. Semcac offers competitive wages and Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, 12 paid holidays, and a generous PTO plan.
