Head Start – Center Based Teacher – Owatonna
JOB STATUS: Semcac Head Start is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, full-time Center-Based Teacher (36 hours per week). Salaried position for 10 months, August – May.
LOCATION: Owatonna, MN
Key Responsibilities
- Inspire and nurture children ages 3–5 in a supportive classroom environment
- Create engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans
- Build strong partnerships with families and support their child’s growth
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development
COMPENSATION: $21.08-23.45. Higher starting rates are available for those with 10 or more years of direct experience. Semcac offers 12 paid holidays, a full benefit package, a 401(k) retirement plan, an Employee Assistance Program, and optional insurance benefits, including vision.
