Mankato Man Creates Art for Partnership

Mankato resident Todd Ouren volunteered to design the artwork, which featured former President Lyndon B. Johnson in front of the White House signing the Economic Opportunity Act. The 2013 Annual Report has been finalized and published! Take a look at all that was accomplished by Semcac in the past calendar year - we touched many lives and helped thousands of people. Semcac assisted 32,932 individuals in 2013.     (3,570 had disabilities;19,105 were senior citizens.) 1,906 volunteers gave 113,953 hours of service to Semcac.
