Rolling Hills Transit providing half-off bus fares on Election Day Tuesday, October 28, 2014 10:21 AM | Bluff Country Newspaper Group Rolling Hills Transit, a bus service providing public transportation to southeastern Minnesotans through Semcac, is offering half priced rides to and from polling locations on Nov. 4 for the general election. Mankato resident Todd Ouren volunteered to design the artwork, which featured former President Lyndon B. Johnson in front of the White House signing the Economic Opportunity Act.
