Rolling Hills Transit providing half-off bus fares on Election Day Tuesday, October 28, 2014 10:21 AM | Bluff Country Newspaper Group Rolling Hills Transit, a bus service providing public transportation to southeastern Minnesotans through Semcac, is offering half priced rides to and from polling locations on Nov. 4 for the general election.
