Mankato resident Todd Ouren volunteered to design the artwork, which featured former President Lyndon B. Johnson in front of the White House signing the Economic Opportunity Act. Free health screening offered in Rushford Fillmore County Public Health (FCPH) and Semcac are partnering to host a low-cost blood pressure, cholesterol and glucose screening on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 from 7:30 to 9:30 AM at the Tenborg Center in Rushford.
