New Community Solar Program Helps Income-Eligible Households Save on Energy Costs Semcac is excited to share a new opportunity that can help income-eligible households lower their monthly electric bills through Minnesota’s Community Solar Garden Program. Community Solar allows renters and homeowners who receive electricity through Xcel Energy to benefit from solar energy without installing solar panels on their homes.
