Semcac Groundbreaking Will Help Serve Community Better, KIMT3 News
KASSON, Minn.- A non-profit organization is breaking ground on a new transit building in Kasson. The Southeast Minnesota Community Action Agency, or SEMCAC, tells KIMT they have seen an uptick in the growing need for affordable transportation in the region. The organization offers rides to seniors, medicaid recipients and kids. The new construction will allow everything to be under one roof. Before, buses, dispatch and management were all housed in different buildings.
