Do you live in the City of Preston and need to fix up your home? The Bluff Country HRA administers the Preston Small Cities Rehab Loan Program for the City of Preston. We are currently seeking 3 additional qualifying applicants! Some of the guidelines for this program are as follows: There is a maximum household income limit. The owner needs to live in the house. About March Millions The Otto Bremer Foundation is excited to announce their entry into the grant-making community of southeastern Minnesota. To celebrate this event, the Otto Bremer Foundation will generously match donations made by any individual through GiveMN.org to selected charitable organizations benefiting southeastern Minnesota. Organizations may earn up to $100,000 in matching funds before the full $1 million match is reached during the month of March.
